**Logistics Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways

Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule

Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low

Maintain quality throughout the logistic processes

Assist in preparing shipping documentation and maintain detailed records

Resolve issues regarding shipped goods

Manage warehouse inventory and keep system updated in real-time

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, retailers, customers and transportation companies

Assist in the ordering of necessary goods and services

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Logistics Assistant or similar role

Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)

Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent;, supply chain management or relevant field will be considered a plus.

**Work Environment**: This role might require working in a warehouse setting and using warehouse equipment. Some travel may be required to coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
