**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial lighting sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to set realistic and achievable sales goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their lighting needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels to expand the customer base.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our industrial lighting solutions.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and trials to highlight product performance and value.
- **Quoting and Negotiation**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in industrial lighting sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the industrial lighting sector.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
