Production Manager

Location: Khopoli (Factory) Maharashtra

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month (depending on experience) 

Requirements:

∙ Minimum 5–8 years' experience in fabrication, assembly, and plant manufacturing  operations. 

∙ Must have good spoken and written English communication skills ∙ Strong knowledge of shop floor management, manpower handling, and process  planning. 

∙ Must be familiar with fabrication drawings, welding standards, and inspection  protocols. 

∙ Experience in vendor coordination and inspection for outsourced fabrication work. ∙ Should be able to plan production schedules and ensure timely execution.

∙ Should be familiar with using basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini,  ∙ Excellent leadership, reporting, and communication skills. 

∙ Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 

∙ Candidates from Khopoli, Panvel, or nearby areas preferred. 

Role Summary:

∙ Plan and monitor daily and weekly production activities to meet project timelines. ∙ Supervise shop floor operations ensuring quality, productivity, and safety. ∙ Coordinate with design, stores, and purchase departments for smooth operations. ∙ Conduct vendor inspections and ensure materials and components meet standards. ∙ Review production progress and quality reports, taking corrective actions where  required. 

∙ Maintain production records and daily reports. 

∙ Guide, train, and evaluate factory staff and operators for efficient performance.
