**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Course Design & Development**: Work with SMEs to design curriculum and develop detailed course content, storyboards, and scripts for animated courses.
- **Content Structuring**: Organize content logically and develop effective learning objectives, assessments, and interactive activities.
- **Multimedia Integration**: Collaborate with animators, graphic designers, and developers to integrate multimedia elements (animations, videos, quizzes, simulations) into e-learning modules.
- **Instructional Strategies**: Implement effective instructional design strategies to enhance learner engagement, comprehension, and retention.
- **Assessment Design**: Develop formative and summative assessments, quizzes, and interactive exercises to gauge learner progress and provide actionable feedback.
- **Review & Evaluation**: Conduct content reviews and iterate on feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of learning materials.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Education domain.
- **Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in instructional design, particularly in e-learning or educational content development.
- Experience with storyboarding, content creation, and scripting for animated content is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Knowledge of multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia) is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with SMEs, animators, and stakeholders effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure high-quality outputs and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with animation studios, After Effects or a background in creating animated learning materials.
