Ø Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Ø Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.

Ø Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Ø Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Ø Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.

Ø Answering customer questions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Banking/ NBFC: 1 year (preferred)
