**Job Summary**:The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to promote client retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling izero247 services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Achieve and surpass assigned client engagement and revenue targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management or account management.
- Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,624.96 - ₹30,979.09 per month
