**Job description**

We are looking for the **Admission Counsellor** at GOLDENBEE GLOBAL SCHOOL.
Location - BTM LAYOUT/BANNERGHATTA

**Salary**: 18000 - 22000 / Per MONTH

EXP: 1-3 Years
- Do phone counselling for admission enquiries received in CRM from different channels as per the instructions received from the Department Head.
- Convince the enquiries to take admission in the school.
- Responsible in admission conversions and achieving enrolment targets.
- Orient and guide new parents on the curriculum framework offered by the school.
- Making follow up calls for enquiries received through mails, telephone or walk-in.
- Maintaining admission registration file.
- Post registration, taking the parents on a School tour.
- Coordinating with administrator, counsellor for interviews for the pre-primary admissions, arranging for the competency test for primary and secondary students and communicating the feedback on time.
- Provide details of the board structure and the integrated curriculum offered by the school.
- Assist in identification of children with special needs and offer advice to their parents on the additional support provided by the school.
- Provides campus tours for prospective parents and provide guidance on the variety of teaching initiatives taken by the school.
- Advice parents individually and/or with groups regarding academic eligibility requirements, appropriate board selection, academic policies and delivery procedures,
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge about the Schools programs and requirements.
- Assist parents in admission registration, evaluate student admissibility and provide guidance on the admission process.
- Addressing to existing parents queries and assisting in timely closure of the issue raised by them.
- Address and resolve grievances academic grievances raised by parents to ensure high parent satisfaction.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to appraise parents on students’ academic progress whenever needed.
- Tracking and maintaining records/files of admission document., student strength,
- Update the New admissions/ Existing Rollover students data in govt portals.
- Ensure Admission Kits are prepared as per guidelines and maintained in appropriate quantity at all times.
- Knowledge of Strengths & USPs of the School, Overview of competitors, Curriculum details, Facilities of the School, Admission Policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
