Role: Operations Management Interns

About Us:

Organization Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in streamlining operational processes and workflows
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Document standard operating procedures and create process flowcharts
- Support campaign management activities and ensure timely availability of resources
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain operational standards
- Assist in partner management and execution of campaigns
- Provide general operational support and maintain records
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the operations team and participate in team meetings

Location: Balewadi High Street, Baner, Pune (Work from office)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 per month
