Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Manager International located in Pune. The Operation Manager International will be responsible for managing and coordinating international travel packages, ensuring efficient and effective operations, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining budgets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing trip logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing quality standards, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in trip logistics management and customer satisfaction management
- Proficiency in vendor negotiation and budget maintenance
- Ability to implement quality standards and develop promotional strategies
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
