About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Intern to support our business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel (including basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, sorting, and filtering), and a good understanding of telecommunication concepts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, validation, and sorting using Excel.
  • Apply basic Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUM, IF, etc.) to prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in analyzing operational and telecommunication data for decision-making.
  • Support management in day-to-day tasks, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations on assigned topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Management, Commerce, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, data handling).
  • Good understanding of telecommunication concepts and industry basics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
