Job Title: Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field mapping and research to identify potential leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the leasing process
- Conduct property visits and tours with potential clients
- Assist clients in the selection of suitable properties based on their requirements and budget
- Negotiate leasing terms and agreements with landlords and property owners
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent payments, and client information
- Utilize technology and software tools to manage and track leads, listings, and other leasing-related activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing or real estate industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM and leasing software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits

**Salary**: ₹20,721.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
