A member association manager's responsibilities:

- Membership management
Overseeing membership operations, including recruitment, retention, and responding to member inquiries
- Financial management
Creating financial reports, monitoring the budget, and managing accounts payable
- Event planning
Creating an annual calendar of events, such as reunions, banquets, and seminars
- Communication
Maintaining communication with members and the association's executive committee
- Database management
Keeping an up-to-date database of members, including their contact information
- Budgeting
Preparing the annual budget and ensuring it's audited by a competent auditor
- Reporting
Preparing the annual report and sharing information about the association's activity
- Liaison
Acting as a liaison between the association, its members, and the industry
- Chapter establishment
Establishing and maintaining chapters of the association in India and abroad
- RFPs
Assisting the board in establishing requests for proposals to gather bids from contractors
- Administrative services
Providing administrative services such as mailing notices, distributing documentation, and file management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Marathi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
