About the Role: We Are Looking for a Detail-Oriented and Organized Accounts & Admin Executive to Manage Our Day-To-Day Accounting Functions and Office Administration. the Ideal Candidate Will Handle Financial Transactions, Maintain Accurate Records, Support Import/export Operations, and Ensure Smooth Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Payment Management -

Track Monthly Expenses and Ensure Timely Supplier Payments.

Maintain Payable Records for Supplier GST bills, company GST, and TDS.

Handle Petty Cash for Both Office and Factory.

Manage Supplier Payments for Goods and Services.

Prepare Invoices for Exports from India to the Uk.

Import & Export Documentation -

Prepare and Manage Export Container Invoices and Documents.

Maintain Records of Exported Products and Stock Levels.

Coordinate Container Bookings for Uk Shipments.

Maintain Amazon India Stock Details and Pricing Records.

Create and Manage e-Way Bills via the ICEGATE Portal.

Accounting & Compliance -

Proficiently Use Tally Prime for Daily Accounting, Ledger Maintenance, and Invoicing.

Prepare and File GST Returns and Manage TDS Deductions.

Handle MSME Compliance by Ensuring Timely Supplier Payments.

Manage Payroll and Monthly Salary Processing.

Generate Reports and Financial Analysis Using MS Excel.

Office & Facility Administration -

Oversee Office and Factory Maintenance and Repairs.

Manage Rental Agreements in Coordination with Management.

Maintain Confidential Documents, Agreements, and Keys.

Track and Order Office Supplies, Stationery, Groceries, and Medical Kits.

Staff Support & Events -

Organize Festive Decor, Food Arrangements, and Staff Welfare Activities.

Support Day-To-Day Office Coordination and Team Assistance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Administration.

Knowledge of Import/export Operations Is Mandatory.

Strong Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Understanding of MSME Regulations and ICEGATE Portal.

Excellent Organizational, Documentation, and Communication Skills.

Ability to Work Independently with High Attention to Detail.

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a Related Field.
