**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for accounting & administrative functions.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare and maintain records that are reviewed and used by an outside CA firm to prepare tax returns and perform the annual financial audit.
- Supervise the recording of cash receipts and bank deposits and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Oversee processing of accounts payable and receivable and ensure prompt collection of receivables.
- Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors & purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by the proprietor.
- Tag and monitor fixed assets and equipment, maintaining a property ledger for IT and non-IT equipment.
- Maintain updated policies and ensure compliance to all policies, employee personnel files and serve as point of contact for all payroll/benefits inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate resolution.
- Oversee work by housekeeping staff and ensure hygiene & upkeep of the office.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Experience in bookkeeping, Tally software, accounting, GST / TDS / PT calculations & compliance. Knowledge of admin functions preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office and a pleasing personality are required.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
