**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualification: Graduation with at least 2 years' of relevant experience. Expertise around the Intel hiring processes from Req opening to On boarding. Legal & Compliance expertise - local. GTA data and Reporting knowledge as it relates to the different process steps; excellent MS Excel skills. Knowledge of ATS - WD System experts, Some level of CRM - SF knowledge is strongly preferred.
