About the Role
The role involves supporting the recruitment process by identifying and shortlisting potential candidates for client requirements, utilizing various platforms and networks.
Responsibilities
- To prepare databases of potential candidates across industries and practice areas for client requirements
- To identify suitable candidates through networks, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc. for client requirements
- To coordinate recruitment functions
- To draft candidate profiles, marketing material, emails
- To maintain CRM databases and functions
Qualifications
- Any Graduate Degree, preferably LL.B
Required Skills
- 0-2 Years of experience in recruitment or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Preferred Skill
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Research skills
- Proficient and
