**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Drive home loan sale through direct channels, DSAs, builders, property consultants, and referral networks.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for disbursements and lead conversions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote home loan products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and housing societies for consistent lead generation.

Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and documentation to sanction and disbursement.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Stay updated on RBI regulations, lending guidelines, and housing finance trends.

**Key Skills & Competencies**

Proven track record in home loan sales/retail lending with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, housing finance, and documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner networks.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing practices is a plus.

**Qualifications**

Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing of home loans.
