**Job Title**: Home Loan Sales Executive

**Experience Required**: 1-5 years in financial product sales (in home loans)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through direct sourcing, channel partners, and references.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable home loan products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for home loan disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Stay updated on housing loan products, interest rates, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience in financial product sales; home loan experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
