**Job Overview**:
As a Logistics Executive for our Lab Grown Diamond business, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end logistics processes for our exports. This role involves expertise in shipping, customs compliance, packing, and legalities associated with the international movement of lab-grown diamond jewellery. Attention to detail and knowledge of customs regulations are crucial for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
**Export Logistics**:
Coordinate and manage the logistics of lab-grown diamond jewellery exports, ensuring timely and efficient shipments.

**Shipping Coordination**:

- Liaise with shipping companies to obtain shipping quotes, select optimal shipping methods, and negotiate rates.
- Track and manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

**Customs Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments.
- Stay informed about changes in customs laws and regulations.

**Legalities for Exhibitions**:

- Understand and manage the legal requirements associated with exporting jewellery for exhibitions.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all necessary documentation is in order.

**Packing Oversight**:
Oversee and ensure proper packing of lab-grown diamond jewellery for export, considering safety and regulatory requirements.

**Documentation**:

- Prepare and review export-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with international partners, freight forwarders, and customs officials to address logistics-related queries.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding shipping schedules and updates.

**Cost Management**:
Monitor and manage logistics costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness in shipping and customs processes.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: MBA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in logistics, particularly in managing international exports for the jewellery industry.

Familiarity with lab-grown diamonds and jewellery shipping is a plus.

**Legal Knowledge**:
Understanding of legal requirements for international shipments, especially for jewellery exhibitions.

**Customs Compliance**:
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.

**Communication Skills**:
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

This role involves coordination with international partners and may require flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones. Travel may be necessary for on-site coordination.
