As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the operational aspects. This role requires a unique blend of organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of various processes within the diamond business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain Management**:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain for diamonds, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.

**Inventory Control**:
Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels.

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory.

**Logistics Management**:
Oversee the logistics of transportation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety regulations.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

**Reporting and Analysis**:
Generate regular reports on key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of the diamond industry.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management and analysis.

Detail-oriented and meticulous.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
