**About the Job**

**As Sales Trainer, You Will**
- Assess sales team training needs and design training programs to meet those needs
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other training aids
- Deliver training programs in a clear and effective manner
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their performance
- Collaborate with sales managers to monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales training
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of sales training initiatives
- Deliver exceptional sales training & content creation
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed in all trainings
- Comply with all client operating policies and procedures as well as the company’s Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to information safeguards, ethics and harassment
- Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customer
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new processes and procedures
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators - e.g. Throughput, FPA, etc
- Attend Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled
- Performs other duties related to the role as assigned

**Requirements**:
**As Sales Trainer, You Have**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in training for a sales program/industry
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Above average verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak accurately, using proper grammar, and good enunciation
- The ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by clients to tailor responses and actions to meet the client’s specific needs
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
- The ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- The ability to operate a phone system and/or personal computer
- The ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- The ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
