- Track training effectiveness via KPIs and assessments.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and product teams to drive capability building.

**Skills Competencies**
- Strong understanding of sales processes.
- Effective facilitation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, LMS, and eLearning tool

**Qualifications**:
MBA in HR / Sales / Training Development and Certified Sales/Behavioural Trainer are preferred

**Experience**: 5-8 Years in Sales Training (BFSI/Cement/Manufacturing preferred) and Experience in regional training rollout, Willingness to travel frequently
