For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity**.**

1. Design & develop sales training programs tailored to specific needs.

2. Train new hires & existing reps on sales techniques, objection handling & product knowledge.

3. Coach & mentor reps to improve their skills & performance.

4. Collaborate with management & recruitment to identify training gaps.

5. Track & measure training effectiveness & make continuous improvements.

**You're a perfect fit if you have**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field.

2. 7+ years of experience as a senior sales trainer.

3. Strong knowledge of sales & product expertise.

4. Excellent communication, presentation & coaching skills.

5. Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.
