We are one of the best Hair Transplant company in the world. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team remotely. As a Sales Trainer for our Hair Transplant Company, you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to successfully sell our hair restoration services. You will design and implement comprehensive training programs, ensuring that our sales professionals understand both the technical aspects of our services and how to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Training Programs**: Design and deliver training materials on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client communication. Create live and on-demand resources such as videos, presentations, and role-playing exercises.
- **Sales Coaching & Mentorship**: Provide ongoing coaching to individual sales reps, offering feedback to help them meet their goals. Conduct regular one-on-one and group sessions to enhance sales skills and motivation.
- **Assess Training Needs**: Identify areas for improvement within the sales team through performance analysis and feedback. Customize training content based on individual or team needs.
- **Audit & Product Expertise**: Stay current with developments in the hair restoration industry and share insights with the team to keep them informed and competitive.
- **Track & Report Progress**: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using sales data and feedback. Provide regular reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align training programs with company strategies and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales training, preferably in medical, healthcare, or cosmetic services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software ( LIKE LSQ ) and virtual training platforms.
- Ability to assess individual and team needs and tailor training approaches accordingly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in SALES TRANING
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
