**Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of on-paper experience as a **Sales Trainer**:

- Should have a **maximum of 5.5 years** total work experience (not exceeding this)
- Must have handled **New Hire Training (NHT)** batches in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills in **English** is a must

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and effective **sales training sessions** for new and existing team members
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Work closely with team leads and sales managers to identify training needs
- Create training content aligned with sales goals and organizational objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest process improvements
- Comes from an **Inside Sales / Telesales** training background
- Is confident, energetic, and passionate about coaching people
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
