The Field Sales Trainer for Broadband Services is responsible for equipping the sales team with the skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary to effectively sell broadband services. This role involveshands-on training in the field, developing training materials, and providing coaching to ensure thatthe sales team meets or exceeds their performance targets.This role is critical in empowering the sales force to effectively market broadband services, ensuringthat the team achieves its objectives and provides top-quality service to customers.This is purely aField Sales Trainer role.Outstation visits are involved._Key _
- Responsibilities:_1. Sales Training and Development:a. Conduct field-based sales training sessions for new and existing sales teammembers.b. Develop and update training materials, presentations, and sales guides toensure alignment with the latest broadband products, promotions, andtechnologies.c. Provide coaching on best practices for customer engagement, objectionhandling, and closing sales.d. Deliver product knowledge training on broadband services, including speedtiers, equipment, and service packages.
2. Performance Coaching:a. Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance.b. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales team members toimprove their selling techniques and knowledge of broadband services.c. Help sales reps overcome barriers in their selling process by offering real time solutions and guidance.3. Field Support:a. Accompany sales representatives in the field to observe sales techniquesand provide immediate feedback.b. Conduct role-playing and hands-on demonstrations to improve practicalsales skills.c. Help sales team members craft personalized sales approaches for differentmarket segments.4. Reporting and Analysis:a. Track the progress and performance of sales staff through KPIs such asconversion rates, sales quotas, and customer retention.b. Prepare and present performance reports to sales leadership and offerinsights into areas for improvement.c. Use data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and makerecommendations for enhancements.5. Collaboration:a. Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stayinformed about new products, market trends, and competitor offerings.b. Collaborate with the regional sales managers to align training efforts withcompany sales goals.c. Ensure continuous alignment between sales efforts and the company'soverall broadband strategy.6. Customer-Centric Approach:a. Train the sales team on understanding customer needs, presenting solutionseffectively, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.b. Educate sales teams on how to clearly communicate the benefits ofbroadband products and services to potential customers.
- Qualifications:_
**Experience:o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably intelecommunications, broadband, or related industries.o At least 2 years of experience in sales training or sales coaching.** Skills:o Strong understanding of broadband technology and products.o Excellent communication and presentation skills.o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.o Ability to motivate and inspire others.o Analytical thinking with experience in tracking sales performance metrics.**Education:o Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field(preferred).** Other Requirements:o Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.o Valid driver’s license._Trainer Bootcamp & Certification:_ **15 days of online training+ OJT** Bootcamp and certification will be done online **Only Certified Trainer will be deployedSalary Upto: 4.2 LPA**
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
