**Job Title: Sales Trainer**
Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity**.**
**Training Program Development**:
- Should have experience of developing Training material (LMS)
- Should have good execution knowledge.
- Developing & evolving training metrics.
- Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, modules, and materials.
- Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of the sales team.
2. **Batch Training**:
- Conduct training sessions for daily, weekly, and monthly batches of newly onboarded sales representatives.
- Ensure that training sessions align with the company's sales strategies and goals.
3. **Sales Techniques and Strategies**:
- Train sales representatives on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Keep the sales team updated on industry best practices and trends.
4. **Product Knowledge**:
- Ensure sales representatives have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Conduct regular product knowledge training sessions.
5. **Performance Evaluation**:
- Develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
*6. **Mentorship and Coaching**:*
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Address individual training needs and challenges.
7. **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with sales managers and leadership to understand performance expectations.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify training needs for new hires.
8. **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Create reports on the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Trainer with 7+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
