**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and conducting sales trainings, developing training and development programs, and improving communication and customer service within the sales team.

**Qualifications**
- Presentation Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales trainings and training and development programs
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional partners
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Certification in Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
