We are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as **Sales Trainer**to drive customer engagement and business expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Present the company’s products/services to potential clients through meetings, demos, or calls.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Pitch products/services effectively to prospects
- Manage sales pipeline and track progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3yrs of experience in sales required (Preferred K-12 Product based experience)
- **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech in Science streams** (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory
