**Position**: SCV Champ Trainer (Automobile Product Trainer)

**Location(s)**: Chandigarh/Lucknow/Ahmedabad/Hyderabad

**Duration **:Full-time

**Key Requirements**:

- Deliver trainings on TML SCV Cargo and Pickups product portfolio to CV Dealer Sales Team
- Conduct On Job Trainings (OJT) and Role Plays
- Increase the usage of LMS and coverage of E-Learning Courses, Online Tests
- Knowledge of conducting product demonstrations
- Extensive travelling will be involved across the assigned region

**Additional JD points**:

- Coordinate with CVPAX LOB RM and create Training Calendar.
- Need to do technical training and Product information to all field team Dealer Manpower in most efficient and timely manner
- Identify and implement additional training as needed based on customer / DSEs feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the servicing of new and existing Vehicle and competitive products.
- Participates in the release and support of new products.
- Provide new hire training and participate in development of training documentation (aligned with MIS)
- Provide early and comprehensive feedback to CV Pax RM / Marketing Team concerning customer comments and equipment performance.
- Provide summary of trainings and ensure follow up as needed
