**Job Summary**

Strong experience and knowledge with Supply chain Planning, Manufacturing & Analytical concepts. Be able to

narrate the solutioning to the client, lead & be the liaison for the client across various supply chain Analytical

projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with various client-side business stakeholders across their Supply Chain functions - Business,

Demand & Supply Planning, Warehousing, IT, Logistics, Manufacturing.
- Able to collect and analyze Supply Chain/Manufacturing data to identify data level issues.
- Ability to use and deploy Analytics across the Supply Chain.
- Ability to create User stories and functional specification documents by interpretating business

requirements.

- Help curate business problems along with concerned stakeholders.
- Drive a coherent agenda/roadmap to prioritize use-cases value potential vs speed of execution vs difficulty
- Can lead Data Science & Data Architecture discovery/innovation in the space of Supply Chain Analytics
- Drive use-case identification without asking “what is the problem you’re trying to solve” - we’re looking for

what in essence is Thought Leadership
- Work with delivery offshore team to execute, along with working hands on - various analysis, diagnostic work

that can help the client and the internal project team.
- Able to drive the problem resolution and bring it to closure by coordinating with different teams.
- Identify new opportunity areas for Course5, to be able to add value.
- Ability to break down business problems into analytical problems and drive discussions, solution design by

working with client and delivery teams.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Understanding of Analytics and CPG/Hi-Tech/Retail/Lifesciences Industry preferred
- Knowledge of Supply Chain functions to be able to have outcome-based discussion with the Sr. business

stakeholders
- 5-12 years of hand on Analytics experience
- Good Communication and Presentation skills
- Good Data Visualization and Presentation skills
- Qualification: MBA / Masters / bachelor’s in engineering / Analytics / Statistics / Data Sciences
