Supply Chain Analytics Expert

As a Supply Chain Analytics Expert, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain & Operations Analytics Team to bring

the overall data strategy to life and into the organization.

You will be responsible for:

- Build advanced analytics models (predictive, prescriptive, ML, simulation, statistical, etc.) to solve complex supply chain problems like Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Transportation planning
- Collaborate with SCM professionals to define the concept, logic, & metrics. And with IT professional to implement effective supply chain systems
- Develop and execute Power Bi dashboards to track KPIs on supply chain’s performance and particularly bring it as single source of truth to take data driven decision.
- Use advanced analytics models in Python or R for data discovery, uncovering new correlations and interdependencies among supply chain variables.
- Enhance/Refine models on an ongoing basis to ensure continued alignment with supply chain needs
- You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing data-oriented solutions

You are/ have:

- 5+ years of experience in the field of Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics
- Proven experience of working in a highly complex analytical environment preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation Planning
- Ability to employ data science, operations research, and ML in the development of analytics models that can solve complex, unique supply chain problems.
- Experience in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight)
- Able to write SQL scripts for analysis and develop advanced analytics using Python and/or R
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenge to get it addressed and execute it successfully
- A high desire to learn for the strategic orientation of a supply chain, from business process optimization to operational implementation
- Speak fluent English and willing to work in an international environment
