- Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
**Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations, preferably in a consumer-focused, branding-driven environment.
- Experience working with global suppliers and managing cross
- functional teams. Familiarity with advanced supply chain technologies and software.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and ethical supply chain practices is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and performance metrics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
