Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize the supply chain processes, minimize costs, and maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Procurement Management**: Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective purchase of raw materials and products.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and implement strategies to reduce excess or shortage.
- **Logistics & Distribution**: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of products, managing transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- **Order Management**: Track and manage customer orders, ensuring they are fulfilled on time and in full.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**: Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement in cost, efficiency, and performance.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate supply chain records and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (sales, production, finance) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Preferred:

- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
