**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Executive to join our organization. The Senior Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective flow of goods and materials from suppliers to our organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The Senior Supply Chain Executive will play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of products, optimizing costs, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:
Booking in Deliveries: Receive and process delivery schedules from suppliers, ensuring accurate booking of incoming goods into the system.

Claims Management: File claims with suppliers for damaged or missing goods, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up to resolve issues promptly.

Notification of Deliveries: Notify relevant teams within the organization about recent deliveries, ensuring timely communication and coordination of goods receipt. Incoming

Deliveries Coordination: Plan, manage, and coordinate incoming deliveries from suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and efficient inventory management. Supplier

Communication: Liaise with suppliers to address missed or late deliveries, resolve any deliveryrelated issues, and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Warehouse Collaboration: Coordinate with the warehouse manager in London to ensure seamless transfer of goods, efficient storage, and accurate inventory management.

Master Data Maintenance: Take ownership of timely master data updation, ensuring accurate and up-to date information related to suppliers, products, and inventory.

Process Optimization: Streamline the order generation process and reduce manual approvals by implementing efficient systems and workflows.

Cost Optimization: Optimize costs by strategically planning and routing logistics activities, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.

Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to align on supply requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards and timelines.

Demand and Supply Planning: Analyze data and logic to determine demand forecasts, conduct supply planning, and place orders accordingly to maintain optimal inventory levels.

**Requirements: -**

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar supply chain management role, with a focus on procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling and documenting information.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
