**What will you do ?-**
- Collaborate with internal teams, including writers, editors, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business objectives and project requirements.
- Oversee the delivery process for content creation, including supplier selection, and management of client relationships to ensure timely availability of high-quality content resources.
- Tracking operations recruitment costs, and analysing workforce demographics
- Maintain writer and revenue ratio for all verticals and strategize and execute the entire onboarding process and the following training procedure for all roles.
- Develop and regulate writers performance metric and conduct PIP of writers and industry with Industry specific requirements.
- Successfully maintain workload distribution and writing limits for all industries.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to improve writers engagement and motivation, such as training and development programs, employee recognition, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate content production planning and scheduling activities, considering project timelines and resource availability, to meet client deadlines and optimise production costs.
- Analyze and monitor supply chain performance metrics, such as content delivery time, quality, and cost, and develop action plans to address any performance gaps.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as potential delays or disruptions, by implementing contingency plans and building strong relationships with content suppliers and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management for the content creation industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**What we expect from you?-**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the content creation or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and tools, with expertise in procurement, production planning and monitoring
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong contract management skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of lean principles and experience implementing process improvement initiatives is desirable.
