Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the branding, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the supply chain supports and enhances the company's branding objectives.

Vendor & Supplier Management: Source and manage suppliers that align with the company's values, ensuring product quality and delivery standards meet brand expectations. Negotiate contracts and build long-term relationships with key suppliers.

Brand Consistency in Products: Ensure that product packaging, presentation, and delivery align with the brand's identity and values, maintaining consistency in quality across all touch points.

Inventory & Demand Forecasting: Use data-driven tools to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels, ensuring product availability in line with brand campaigns and consumer expectations.

Logistics & Distribution: Manage logistics and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sustainability Initiatives: Work on incorporating sustainable practices in the supply chain to align with the company's eco
- friendly brand initiatives. Quality Control & Compliance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet the brand's quality standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical sourcing practices.

Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics: Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and analytics tools. Provide regular reports on supply chain performance, issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Crisis Management & Risk Mitigation: Proactively address potential supply chain disruptions, offering solutions to maintain continuity and protect the brand's reputation.

Customer Experience Focus: Ensure the supply chain contributes to a positive customer experience through packaging, delivery, and overall product handling, enhancing brand perception.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations, preferably in a consumer focused, branding-driven environment.
- Experience working with global suppliers and managing cross functional teams.
- Familiarity with advanced supply chain technologies and software.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and ethical supply chain practices is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
