Kylas Sales CRM is our 1st step in setting up a unique technology ecosystem to help businesses worldwide. We have created an aggressive growth plan for the organization where we expand our product offerings and geographical reach to cover international markets in the coming months.
**Responsibilities**
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents focused on solving client's problems
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Floor Management knowledge to handle teams providing customer service.
