**Job Summary**:
The Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient management of daily operations, strategic initiatives, and communication. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- **Communication Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and manage communication flow to ensure the CEO is informed and prepared.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and other key events.
- Take detailed minutes, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
- **Project and Task Management**:

- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Monitor progress on key deliverables and provide regular updates.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Coordinate events and engagements involving the CEO, such as client meetings, networking events, and conferences.
- Handle logístical arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
- **Stakeholder Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
- Handle queries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Office Management**:

- Assist in managing office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure smooth workflow within the executive office.
- **Strategic Support**:

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate on strategic planning and assist in monitoring the execution of organizational goals.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
