JD:
Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
? Branding, Event planning and management CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
? Work closely with team members to develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies for employees.
? Responsible for executing employee connect programs improving employee relations and people experience.
? Implementation of people practices, rewards and recognition programs, employee development programs.
? Perform internal campaigns and events [employee wellness/fun activities/employee connect programmers, culture campaigns, contests] to keep the team engaged and bring our living breathing core values to life.
? Prepare organization's internal communication strategy, planning calendar of activity, supporting the company to enhance employee experience.
? Conduct employee dipstick surveys, setup metrics and benchmarks to measure, iterate and improve on initiatives.
? Drive culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications.
? Oversee the 90-Day on-boarding program for new team members.
? Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.
? Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the Organizational Development Index.
? Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
? Design mailers and posters for the event; Design the structured orientation content and keep it up-to-date, manage social media handles and curate employee engagement content for online platforms while working in sync with the social media team.
? Research and implement best practices in employee engagement

**You have**:
**Credentials**:
? Minimum 1-4 years of work experience in Employee Engagement.
? Master's degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
? Experience in IT Industry will be an added advantage.
? Experience of using Employee engagement tool.
? Team Sprit and Group Working
? Strong business acumen.
