Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – HRBP to lead HR operations, engagement, and compliance for a large BPO workforce. The role requires a strategic HR professional with strong analytical and communication skills, proven people management experience, and hands-on operational expertise in high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with stakeholders across Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, and L&D teams.
- Conduct orientations, focus group discussions, and "Meet the Leader" sessions for new joiners.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and surveys.
- Handle HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics (attrition, performance, engagement, etc.) for leadership review.
- Lead Fun Committees and internal events to enhance workplace culture.
- Administer counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Utilize MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) for reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 3–5 years in a Manager/Deputy Manager role.
- Experience handling 1300+ employee headcount in a BPO/KPO/BPM environment (mandatory).
- Strong Excel and analytical skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS).
- Experience in Payroll, Compliance, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be open to working in night or mid-day shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to HR automation tools and digital employee engagement platforms.
- Event management experience for large-scale teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.

- Vacancy 1: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM) – Sector 64, Noida
- Vacancy 2: Mid-Day + Night Shift (11:30 AM – 9:00 PM) – Sector 6, Noida
