**Role Overview**:
- To create, implement, and evolve organizational HR operations and hiring strategies, systems and processes to facilitate employee engagement and development in sync with the organization’s vision and mission, and the achievement of business goals.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Strategic HR Management: The HRBP will work closely with department heads and the CEO to develop and execute an HR strategy that supports an organization’s growth, performance, and objectives. This role will own up to the responsibility of designing, implementing, assessing, and evolving a ‘People Strategy’ that is in alignment with ‘Business Strategy’ at TecStub.
- Specific OKRs for this role will be in the following areas:
- 1. Recruitment & Onboarding (note that beyond strategic planning and execution of a strong TA
- plan, this role may involve direct TA responsibilities for certain key positions)
- 2. Employee Engagement
- 3. Learning & Development
- 4. Policies and Processes
- 5. Performance Management
- 6. Compensation & Benefits
**Nature & Scope of Role**:
- As a ‘matured’ start-up, TecStub has HR processes, policies, and practices, in most major areas of HRM; these however need to be re-vamped and re-designed. There is also a need for introducing new processes, policies, and practices that will bring TecStub’s people practices into greater alignment with business needs, and on par with best-in-class industry standards. The HR Business Partner will therefore play a role that is equal parts strategic and operational, and must be able to ideate - create - execute - assess - evolve policies and processes, initially as an individual contributor, and later with a team of direct reports.
- While this is an ‘Individual Contributor’ role now, with time, there will be alignment of direct reporting for existing/ new hires in the HR team.
- This role will require an on-site presence at TecStub’s office for initial 1-2 months. With time, this role will transition into a complete remote-working setup.
