Job Title: Delivery Operations Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Delivery Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery operations of the company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products or services to customers while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role will require strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with various teams within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and manage the day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring that deliveries are executed on time and in line with customer expectations.

Route Planning: Develop optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery time and costs.

Delivery Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of deliveries to ensure timely arrivals and provide updates to customers, if necessary.

Inventory Management: Work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet delivery demands.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliveries meet the company's quality standards, and address any delivery-related issues promptly.

Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to deliveries.

Vendor Management: Liaise with external delivery partners or vendors to maintain positive working relationships and ensure compliance with delivery standards.

Performance Analysis: Analyze delivery metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all delivery operations adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards.

Training and Development: Train and develop delivery personnel to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of professionalism in their duties.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in delivery operations or logistics management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using delivery tracking and inventory management software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local transportation laws and regulations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
