**Job Description - Operation Executive**
- The role is to take care of day-to-day operational and back end responsibilities.
- Effective monitoring & implementation of processes.
- Managing Quality & TAT for processes.
- Maintain MIS and detailed Data for Various Business Processes.
- Maintain routine clerical records, logs, data, compile routine reports and manage filing system.
- Complete and execute daily transactions in stipulated deadline.
- Executing & Maintaining compliance at customers and company level.
- Co-ordinate with Mutual Fund, Life insurance, General Insurance and other associated companies for processing of work on daily basis.
- Maintain Efficiency of CRM (Customer relationship Management) System embedded within website and IT Infrastructure.
- Operate as a virtual assistant for customers.
- Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Other General Operations and Administration duties as required.

**Key Skill**: Operations Management

**Required Qualification and Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Graduate in any stream (Undergraduate can be considered based on profile and skills) Proficient in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel
- **Freshers Can Apply**

**Higher Preference To**:

- Individual Residing in Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Ghaziabad, Pilakhuwa, Indrapuram, Vaishali & having own conveyance.
- Having Experience and belongs to Financial Services Industry
- Proficient in working on software like BSE Star MF, Wealth Magic, & Invest-well
- Experience 2 Years & above

**Starting Salary Range** - INR 2,16,000/- to 3,60,000/- Per Annum (CTC)
