Operations Executive – Job Description

Location:- British Columbia College of Management, Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida

Overview:

Responsible for learning the company's business operations and developing the skills necessary to assume a management position. The role involves working closely with senior managers to gain practical experience in various departments such as operations, human resources, marketing, finance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day management activities and operational functions across departments.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to understand company policies, strategies, and business goals.
  • Support the management team in project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvements and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
  • Learn and apply leadership skills by supervising small teams or short-term projects.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve organizational performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Time management and multitasking proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and business tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Internship or prior experience in management, operations, or HR is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to pursue a long-term career in leadership and organizational development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
