**Job Title**:
**Liaison & Operations Executive (Tendering & Marketing Focus)**

**Company Overview**:
We are engaged in government liaisoning, tender support, project execution, manpower deployment, and related operations. Our work primarily involves collaboration with government departments for project-based assignments.

**Job Description / Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Tender/Bid Participation**:

- Attend all tender or bid-related meetings on behalf of the organization.
- Coordinate with concerned departments or agencies for clarifications and submission deadlines.
- Draft, compile, and assist in submitting proposals and tender documentation.
- **Liaisoning & Proposal Development**:

- Meet officials to request work or submit proposals.
- Build strong working relationships with government departments and agencies.
- **Tender Team Coordination**:

- Support and coordinate with the tender team on compliance, paperwork, and bid strategy.
- Assist in documentation, EMD/submission processes, and pre-bid meetings.
- **Marketing Responsibility**:

- Handle all marketing-related operations and initiatives.
- Represent the company for business development and promotional activities.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations related to ongoing government projects.
- Ensure smooth internal coordination between departments and sites.
- **Communication & Correspondence**:

- Draft, respond to, and maintain professional communication records.
- **Experience**: Total - 5+ years, 3+ years in government liaisoning, tender support, or operations (preferred).
- **Qualification**: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Management/Commerce/Engineering preferred).
- **Gender Preference**: Female (as per company preference)
- **Age**: Between 25 to 35 years.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, document handling, and interpersonal skills.
- **Other Requirements**: Must own a **laptop** and **two-wheeler** for travel purposes.
- **Work Area**: Must be willing to travel across **Delhi, NCR, and other regions as required**.

**Near Gaur City Chowk, Greater Noida**

**Salary & Perks**:

- Salary: 3-5 Lakhs PA / As per **market standards** (based on experience & skillset)
- Performance Bonus: Applicable after **probation period**:

- No sales target during the initial phase.
