Job Opportunity: Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage and optimize our operational processes, ensure seamless coordination between departments, and drive overall organizational efficiency.(Female preferred)

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Direct and coordinate activities related to production, pricing, sales, distribution, and after-sales services.
  • Review financial statements, sales/activity reports, and performance data to measure productivity, monitor goals, and identify areas for cost reduction or improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct or coordinate financial and budget activities to ensure effective funding and resource allocation.
  • Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective coordination across departments and support senior management in strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Female candidate, with 58 years of proven experience in operations or executive management.
  • MBA / Business Administration graduate from a recognized institution.
  • Familiar with ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in inport-export operations, after-sales services, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of accounting and tax systems is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
