**Senior Recruiter -**

**Location**: Dabholi, near Katargam, Surat
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary**: 25000 to ₹35,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage job postings, advertisements, and employer branding strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth documentation and compliance with hiring policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in bulk hiring or international recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with **job portals** (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in **MS Office & applicant tracking systems (ATS)** is a plus.
