As a Junior Recruiter at [Consultancy Firm Name], you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and retain top talent for our clients. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs of our clients and assist in executing recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in the Recruitment Process**:

- Prepare interview materials and assist in facilitating interview processes.
- **Talent Pipeline Management**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, insights, and updates on recruitment activities.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field (experience in a consultancy firm is a plus).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
