Job Title Technical Recruiter - IT Junior Job Type Full Time Department Recruitment Talent Acquisition Location Vadodara Shift 06 00 PM - 04 00 AM Job Overview We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing screening and placing candidates within IT sectors The ideal candidate will have experience working with MSP Managed Service Provider clients and utilizing VMS Vendor Management System portals A hands-on understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS is a must Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years of US-based recruitment experience with a focus on IT sectors Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards social media networking and direct outreach Conduct initial screening calls interviews and assessments to match candidates with appropriate client roles Strong understanding of MSP and VMS portals e g Fieldglass Beeline etc and working with MSP clients Hands-on experience with ATS Strong communication and negotiation skills
